Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains how Apex Bio Supply handles cancellations, delivery issues, replacements, and limited refund scenarios for products supplied strictly for research use only.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Apex Bio Supply accepts returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging when a return is requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Because of research-use-only handling standards, opened or used products cannot be accepted. This policy outlines when returns, cancellations, replacements, credits, or refunds may be considered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with any seals intact, and your return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending any item back. Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the issue results from a verified Apex Bio Supply error or is otherwise required by law, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
Cancellation requests may only be approved before an order enters active processing.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order enters processing, packing, label creation, or shipment preparation, it may no longer qualify for cancellation. Approved cancellations may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to any nonrecoverable processing fees where permitted by law.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments should be reported promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, contact Apex Bio Supply within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Include the order number, package photos, shipping label details, and a clear description of the issue. Verified fulfillment problems may be resolved through replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Certain situations are generally not eligible for return or refund review.
- Opened, altered, tampered-with, or otherwise used products.
- Items returned without original packaging, labels, or sufficient order verification.
- Products affected after delivery by improper handling, storage, or unauthorized use.
- Orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
- Promotional, clearance, custom, or specially designated final-sale inventory.
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider and banking institution involved. Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the issue results from a verified Apex Bio Supply fulfillment error or is otherwise required by law.
Order concerns should be raised with us before a chargeback or payment reversal is filed.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks when order records, communication history, delivery data, or fraud controls indicate that an order was validly placed, processed, or delivered.
